Craig Barney

Executive Director/Managing Partner

Craig Barney has spent more than 30 years in the healthcare industry in roles such as front-line sales, operational management, executive level business leadership and owner of medical device manufacturing and distribution company. His focus in sales force/business development has led to leadership roles with companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 10 companies.  With training that includes GE-Crotonville Leadership Management Training, Six Sigma methodology, Consultative Selling and Strategic Selling, Mr. Barney has successfully developed profitable sales and service delivery organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia, South America, Australia and multiple countries in the Middle East. He is the founder of a multi-state distribution organization importing new and innovative international technologies and US manufactured products in the domestic medical, surgical and dental markets. Adopting key philosophies including “The Golden Rule”, “Winning Everyday”, and “People Sell to People” has established a strong foundation for organizational leadership and effective performance management and has contributed greatly to the development of highly successful teams under his leadership.  

Joel Rowland

Executive Director/Operations/Managing

Joel Rowland joins Tech2Mark after a 20 year career in the financial industry.

He spent 15 years with a leading Houston based investment firm which maintained a portfolio of over 75 million dollars. In this role he specialized in financial planning for high net worth individuals and family funds with proven long term client retention.

In the last 5 years Joel has also managed clients in the banking industry with Wells Fargo and is an advisor to a Nevada based insurance brokerage firm.

Throughout his career he has exceled at client communication, process management and investor relations.

Joel holds multiple professional licenses including both insurance and Series 6 & 63. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, School of Human Environmental Resources where he received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning.

Joel resides in Henderson, Nevada.

David Rowland

Member/Executive Advisor

David Rowland has spent in excess of 45 years working both as a Clinician and a Sales/Marketing specialist primarily in the respiratory medical field and in lung diagnostics.

He began his career clinically in Cardiac & Respiratory Care Services at the Baptist Medical Center – Montclair in Birmingham and at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL, where he served as Director of the service. Upon leaving the clinical field David has worked extensively with manufacturers of lung diagnostic testing equipment holding positions with Fortune 500 companies and privately held businesses.  

He is sought after as an expert in the cardio-respiratory industry for his clinical and business expertise. 

David received his undergraduate degree in Education from Samford University in Birmingham, AL and his continuing medical education at The University of Alabama Birmingham campus and at The University of Chicago.

He is the past Chairman of the Tri-State Respiratory Association, past President of the Alabama Society of Respiratory Care (3 years) and is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and is Life Member of the Alabama Society for Respiratory Care.

Tom Batz

Executive Advisor

Tom Batz has spent his entire career leading sales organizations in the dental and medical markets. He served as National Sales Manager and Vice President for a number of established companies as well as medical device startups. His team at Aribex was responsible for the highly successful introduction and commercial success of the Nomad handheld x-ray device into practices globally.

Tom also delivered successful sales/revenue growth for the Health Imaging Division at Kodak focused on digital imaging equipment and channel partners. He also led revenue and share growth programs as Corporate Director with various GPOs and IDNs.

Recently his work has included go-to-market planning and initialization for medical 3D imaging products, laser treatment devices and various dental products that directly improve ROI for dental health providers in the US market.

Tom is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is actively involved with his growing family where they happily reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area.

Teresa Jewekes

Chief Financial Officer

Teresa Jewkes comes to our team with experience in accounting, tax, audit, and as a CFO. She is a graduate of Utah State University where she received her Master’s in Accounting degree. She has since worked in government auditing positions, as the Department Head of Accounting in a local CPA firm, as the CFO for a manufacturing company, and most recently as the CFO for Tech2Mark Advisors.

Her experience is vast and includes a knack for evaluating business financial statements and bringing them to the table in a way that makes management evaluation and decision making efficient and effective.

Teresa has an overall understanding of business needs from manufacturing to distribution and marketing to sales. She is able to use this knowledge to evaluate business finances and chart a course advantageous to a business while ensuring that customers are well served and satisfied.

Teresa currently resides in Utah with her husband and children.

Davin Isakson

Leader in customer and market identification for new products and service solutions including Software as a Service and predictive analytics software solutions.
Extensive experience in both domestic and international expansion of sales organizations through channel, distributor and market management.

Known for providing global strategic direction, expanding business platforms of international brands, and elevating brand awareness and value by improving consistency of execution through business partner collaboration.
Possess superior skills for developing products from concept and market validation through launch.

Provides strategic business expertise to executive leaders and decision makers. Strong abilities to develop shared vision, gain consensus, define national and global strategic objectives, identify goals, and plan tactical initiatives coupled with excellent performance management and sales leader development.

Chris Green

Technical Advisor

As one of the original members of the Tech2Mark team, Chris brings over 10 years of experience working with start ups in the dental, medical, and consumer goods industry.

He has many experiences with new product launches, and the development / execution of marketing plans. As a bonus, he has a strong operations background and continually strives to look for ways to inrease overall business efficiency.

Chris has negotiated & managed growth opportunities with Fortune 500 companies from the likes of Philips, Siemens, & Amazon.com

He received a Bachelors in Marketing from Utah Valley University, with a focus on digital marketing growth and strategies.

Chris resides in Utah with his family.

Ginny Rowland

Founder

Ginny Rowland spent over 30 years in Healthcare Administration, Business Development and Marketing. Her career spanned Executive Leadership roles with Global Fortune 500 companies and privately owned businesses. Ginny is no longer with us due to her untimely passing, however, she left a tremendous legacy of serving customers and developing leaders. Though she will be greatly missed in the industry, her desire to serve will continue through Tech2Mark Advisors and her family and friends.

She was highly recognized as a successful architect of key sales and marketing strategies for new product and technology launches. She specialized in early stage BioTech and Medical Device companies where she focused her expertise in branding, marketing and sales leadership to bring successful sales teams together and develop high producing distribution. She launched a large portfolio of unique to market products including Medication Dispensing and Fall Detection, Infusion and Pain Management, Radiology Protection and Radiology Technologies and Cardiac Devices.

Ginny served on the Board of several medical device companies and was an advisor to young entrepreneurs. She was a published author receiving the prestigious Ben Franklin Award and was the recipient of the Philips President Achievement Award.
